Scouting for Food, 2010 Croatan Trails District East Carolina Council (fill able commitment form)

Boy Scout Leaders, Cub Scout Leaders and Venturing Leaders,

Croatan Trails annual Scouting for Food is just around the bend. The Scouting for Food drive will coincide with the Scout week. 

Door tabs will be placed on the doors on January 30^th and food will be collected February 6^th and delivered to the designated food bank.

AREA                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Each unit will be given a designated area to cover.  I would like an input from each unit as to what area you desire, (first come first assigned). 

FOOD PANTRY                                                                                                                                                                                              

Food collected will go to authorized Food Pantries. Pantries selected must submit a request, and be approved.  Request will be submitted to the Scouting For Food Chairman by December 15^th.

UNITS PARTICIPATING                                                                                                                                                                             

Units participating are required to complete “2010 Scouting for Food Commitment Form.“ Please put in anticipated number of Door Hangers you feel you need, Please turn in “Unit Commitment Form” by 12 January 2010 to SFF chairman.
