The Croatan Trails District of East Carolina Council Boy Scouts of America serves the central coastal region of eastern North Carolina.  This area includes all of Carteret County, the eastern part of Craven County (specifically the Havelock region), and the eastern part of Hyde County (specifically Ocracoke Island). 
This region is home to 35 Scouting units (18 Cub Scout Packs, 14 Boy Scout Troops, 3 Venturing).

From Cape Carteret to Ocracoke,  Harkers Island to Havelock.  It is exciting to see the impact that Scouting has on a region that has such a rich heritage.
